How to place an order
Douglas Laboratories offers a wide range of research-based dietary supplements directly to healthcare practitioners. As part of our credentialing process, we will ask you to provide proof that you are a licensed healthcare practitioner. Once verified, your account will be activated and you can begin purchasing.

Shipping
We ship via UPS daily. Delivery can be expected within 2 days of shipping from our facilities. All orders processed by 3:00 pm ET will ship the same day. Free shipping applies on orders over $300.00. Want to save even more on shipping? Order online for free shipping over $100!
Overnight and other expedited delivery services are available for an additional charge. Overnight shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination in your online cart. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Volume Discounts
- Shipments over $2,000 – 10%
- Shipments over $1,000 – 7%
- Shipments over $500 – 5%
- Shipments over $300 – Free shipping (US orders)

Payment Terms
First time orders are prepaid with a credit card. Mastercard®, VISA®, Discover® and American Express® are all welcome. Credit terms of 30 days may be established for qualified healthcare professionals upon completing our credit application. Allow two to three weeks for credit approval with allowances for possible delays when checking references.
Sales Tax
Douglas Laboratories is required to collect and remit sales tax for orders shipped to the following states:

If you are tax exempt, please contact Customer Service at 800-753-2277 to discuss the documentation needed to make your account tax-exempt. If your order is placed before these documents are sent in, we unfortunately will not be able to refund you the applicable sales tax.
Automated Electronic Notifications
Upon providing Douglas Laboratories with your e-mail address, you are able to receive order receipt acknowledgements, shipping notifications with tracking information and electronic invoices.
Return Policy
We guarantee the quality, purity and potency of our products through their expiration date. Returns must be made within 30 days from receipt and require preauthorization. Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within 7 days of receiving package. Authorized returns must be received within 14 days of authorization. All returns will be credited upon receipt and are subject to a 15% processing fee and cost of shipping. Returns may only be made on house label products.
