We are proud to announce the availability of Metafolin®, the body’s preferred form of folate.  Metafolin®, also known as (6S)–5–methyltetrahydrofolic acid ((6S)5–MTHF), is the naturally occurring, predominant form of folate, and is directly usable by the body.  Metafolin® is patented, contains only the S isomer of 5-MTHF, and has been shown to be the only form of folate to be able to cross the blood-brain barrier.
