RETURN POLICY

Due to FDA cGMP’s Final Rule (21 CFR 111), Douglas Laboratories’ Return Policy has been updated to ensure compliance as detailed below: In keeping with our quality commitment, our return policy requires that the customer notify Douglas Laboratories and request a return good authorization number within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Upon approval, returns must be shipped to our facility within 48 hours. All returns are subject to a 25% return processing fee and cost of return shipping. Returns may only be made on house label products (XL); no returns will be accepted on private or custom labeled products, custom formulas or custom convenience packs.

All prices shown in the catalog are suggested retail (patient) prices. Call for details on healthcare professional and quantity discounts. All prices, sizes and formulations are subject to change without prior notification.


CREDIT TERMS

Credit terms of 30 days may be established upon approval by completing our credit application. First-time orders are prepaid with a credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are all welcome).
